以前の入居者さんはタバコを吸っていたらしくマスクをして作業したのですがホコリやゴミを落としてる最中に涙や咳が止まらなく大変でした。

これでは換気扇の機能が発揮されませんね。

フィルターには多少ホコリがのってますが良い方です！！

ファンを覗いてみるとカビはありますね。

早速、養生して作業にとりかかります！！

薬剤塗布してからしばらく放置！！その間にお風呂場で外したものにも薬剤を噴霧。

しばらくしてからたっぷりの水で洗い流しました。

内部は、まあまあ汚れてましたね。

カビ臭さはバッチリなくなりました！！

綺麗になりました。
